Guideline of the Waste Management
Apart from the precautionary principle and consideration of material flows in terms of environmentally-friendly recycling, the priorities of waste management are: the "protection of mankind and the environment", "prudent use of natural resources" and "storage of emission-neutral residuals with prudent use of landfills".
