Austrian List of Aircraft Operators
Find the status quo of aircraft operators administerd by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management in the national list.
By Regulation 2009/748/EC) the European Commission published the list of aircraft operators and their administering states in August 2009 (download from http://ec.europa.eu/environment/climat/aviation_en.htm). In addition to that, the Austrian emissions allowance act states that aircraft operators affected from the law are to be included in a national list which needs to be published on the Internet by the Environment Ministry. Deviations from the european list are possible in principle, as far as additional circumstances, which are relevant for assessment whether or not an operator is affected by the scheme, became apparent to the competent authority.Downloads
